GUIDE NOTE:  Delete subclause “Surplus Topsoil” nominated in NATSPEC Building Template/Worksection and replace with the following: 
 

Surplus Topsoil

Dispose of surplus topsoil remaining on site after placing by spreading as directed over the areas already placed. 
GUIDE NOTE:  Add subclause “herbicide” to “topsoil” nominated in NATSPEC Building Professional Template/ Worksection.
 
Herbicide
GUIDE NOTE:  Specify the type of herbicide, if any, and the application rate.  Restrictions are in force on the use of herbicides 2-4-5-T and 2-4-D.  2-5-5-T is totally banned.
