The secondary accommodation schedule identifies the rooms and spaces and their quantities which should be provided for new secondary schools. Alternative rooms and spaces maybe considered for particular school needs and pedagogies. Space entitlement is related to the maximum number of students, refer to below table:

For schools that are stream 6 and above, additional learning units are to be included in the scope. Additional learning units typically comprise a large workshop or laboratory plus the associated GLS and stores.The additional learning units must be selected by the Director of Educational Leadership in consultation with the School Principal.
